Research and learning

Candle of Hope Foundation is deeply committed to evidence-based programming and policy influence through robust research and learning initiatives. The organization actively engages in conducting, contributing, and collaborating on research that addresses critical issues affecting vulnerable populations, including migration, forced displacement, and the prevention of human trafficking and exploitation. COHF’s baseline research not only informs own program design and advocacy strategies but also contributes to national and regional knowledge platforms. By partnering with academic institutions, government agencies, and international organizations, COHF ensures that its findings are grounded, relevant, and impactful ultimately shaping more effective, data-driven interventions and policies to protect and empower at-risk communities across Kenya, Somalia, and the Horn of Africa region.
